While trying to invent a new color, a mad scientist accidentally turns the world gray! Now you must find where all of the colors have gone by solving light-physics based puzzles with the help of comedic critters. Can YOU restore the rainbow?
Hue Hunt is an educational video game that was designed for use in outreach programs to teach children the basics of light physics. It can be played for free in your browser and was created by interns in the University of California San Diego’s NDTech program.
Target age: Ages 7-10
Teaches: Basic light physics (reflection, refraction, and dispersion)
